P90X: phase 2 review…

…w/ before and after pics. Not much change but I promised a few people that I’d post it.

P90X pre-phase1 and mid-phase2 pics

so P90X phase two is like taking a midterm exam. If you didn’t learn the first month of lecture then you’re pretty much screwed. If you decide to go into P90X phase 2 without fully committing yourself to phase 1 then you’re going to have the toughest time doing the workouts. Read through your Fitness Guide and make sure the workouts you are doing match up with the phase that you are in. The workouts in phase two are more intense…everything from the ‘corn on a cob’ pull-ups to the one hand push-ups. The workouts will definitely keep you on your toes.

I have to admit, I haven’t done much cardio since I started Phase 2 and that’s definitely breaking the P90x law. Plus, my eating kinda dwindled a little since I ran out of healthy food and ate whatever was available. Nonetheless, I’m still motivated and still determined to reach my goal. More cardio for the second week of phase 2. I promise.
