So my friends and decided to eat out late Friday night at this boba place called Tea Station in Clairemont Mesa, San Diego. All my friends ordered their usual boba drink, while I just wanted milk. The lady who waited us already had that bitchy attitude so when I asked for milk she straight up said, “we do not have milk!” which was fine that they don’t have milk (although everything on the menu says “milk tea”) but it is another thing to be a bitch about it. I then decided to ask for water and she gave me that look as if I’m wasting her time making her get water.
A few minutes later, everyone got their drinks, but where’s my water? They forgot about it! How difficult is it to get water?! So I called her and asked for water and this is what I got:
What is this?!! A shot of water!?! Who gets a shot of water?!?! How shady is that? The least they could have done was put water on a regular glass like my friends’ boba drinks. Well…at least it’s free. OR IS IT?
50 cents for a shot of water! Great way to end the experience.
Honestly, this would have been a better experience if we had a different waitress because the other waitress was really nice. The bitchy waitress who served was named Sisi. She hates her job and needs to get laid.

I have been going there for a long time. This girl you mentioned has taken care of me many times and has always been great.. She must have been in a really bad mood cause she is not normally that way. I always observe the staff where ever I go to decide if I would go back.
As for the water, yes it is way small, that was way wrong. I have noticed here in SD some places do charge because they have to wash the glass.
Just to let you know I have gotten many bonus items here with out asking for anything. This place is one of my favorites in SD!
I would call up the main store in San Gabriel and talk to the owner or the store manager. They usually take care of it right away
First of all, it’s a “Tea” Station! stop being a moron and order a cup of milk, it’s not on the menu! Secondly, we all forget things, if the waitress forget your drink, stop being an ass and just ask again, it is not that hard! Thirdly, I believe there is a min. order/ person requirement to sit in the store, so you are lucky you only got charged 50cents for you water. And finally, I know the store motto is customers are alway right, even a pain in the ass costumer like you. So if you have a problem with how you were treated talk to the store manager. And if Sisi was the manager you can always call up the main store and complain to the senior managers(626)2881663.

The place is called Tea Station but they also sell MILK Tea Boba drinks there so I assumed they would sell milk for a price. Even if they don’t have it on the menu, she could have definitely said it in a nicer way but she didn’t. I asked the other lady the same question and she definitely said it in a nicer way! I know you’re mad (maybe you know her) because I called her a bitch, but she was! I’m NOT going to apologize for calling her that. Just to clarify on my post, not everyone in that place was shady, just her. If I was really an ass, I would have definitely called and tried to get her fired. I ain’t about to fuck her up like that. This post was just to vent out my frustration.
As for you Kao, to leave a comment calling me a moron and a pain in the ass, I’m sure you’d be more of a moron and a pain in the ass than me if you experienced the same thing that I went through in any restaurant. But you weren’t there and you didn’t experience it so don’t even trip.
